CENTR is a module which computes the x,y coordinates of an object by
means of a centroid calculation and calculates the full-width-half-
maxima along the major and minor axes of the ellipse. The boundaries of
the centroided area can be input manually, by the TV cursor, or from a
file. The results can be stored in a character file if desired.
