      DITHERPLOT is a module which produces a dithered plot of SAD file.
 This is useful for plotting devices which can only print in black and white.
 Output can be directed to a file for an Apple LaserWriter, a file for a QMS 
 Lasergrafix, a graphics terminal, a Printronix, and a Versatek.
