      IMAGPROC is a module which performs simple image processing on one
 of the supported display devices.  One can load color lookup tables, read
 back cursor coordinates, and ovelay drawings and annotation.  In general,
 the display device needs to be assigned a channel with option TV before
 the commands can be carried out.

     Initial color is red.  Overlay values are:
     16777416 = Green
     16777417 = Black
     16777418 = White
     16777419 = Red
     16777420 = Green
     16777421 = Blue
     16777422 = Yellow
 H = Help
 Q = Returns
 V = Draws a solid vector of the color and vector style most recently selected
